Bottle Me is operated by the Bottle Me team. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we process when you use the Bottle Me app and this website, how we handle it, and the rights you have.
1. Information we collect
Personal bottle artwork, template preferences and mood records are stored on your device by default. Online features may also process device-linked identifiers, sharing nicknames and content needed for the feature. Duo sync, community sharing and smart features are not exclusively local.
2. Local storage
The app stores creations and settings locally. Uninstalling the app or clearing local data may cause those records to be lost. Removing local data does not automatically delete shared content or data processed by online services. Contact the email below for online data inquiries or deletion requests.
3. Co-Paint feature
Duo mode connects participants using invite codes, QR codes or links. It processes room identifiers, display names, themes, fill results and related reports online. When you submit a template to the community, its content, cover and sharing nickname are uploaded and may be shown to other users after approval. Review the content before using or sharing it.
4. Smart features (Bottle Spirit / bottle generation)
Smart template generation and Bottle Spirit readings send relevant themes, input text, bottle labels and fill levels to AI service providers as needed to generate a response. Duo readings also use participants’ display names and answers. Readings are for reflection and are not included in filled-bottle share images.
5. Purchases and Pro
Bottle Me is free to download. Pro is offered as a one-time Apple App Store in-app purchase. Apple processes payments; the app processes purchase status and transaction information needed to confirm or restore access. See the app and App Store for prices and benefits.
6. Analytics and diagnostics
The app integrates Firebase and may process usage statistics and technical diagnostic information to understand use and improve reliability. This website uses Google Analytics to measure visits. This online processing is not exclusively local. The website screenshot preview does not save or upload selections.
7. Children’s privacy
Bottle Me is not marketed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe such data was collected, contact us at the email below and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data under applicable laws. Manage records on your device through relevant app controls or by clearing local data. For content in online sharing, rooms or services, contact contact@bottleme.app and identify the feature and relevant nickname or content so the request can be verified and processed.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
