Welcome to Bottle Me. Please read these terms carefully before downloading or using the app. By using Bottle Me you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Bottle Me is an iOS app for bottle painting, with templates, instantly generated bottles, asynchronous Co-Paint relay play, and the Bottle Spirit mood companion. We keep improving the service and features may change with updates.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Bottle Me on Apple devices you own, for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute any part of the app.
3. Your content
You own the bottle artwork you create in the app. You grant us permission to process and display it as needed to provide the service (for example syncing a shared Co-Paint bottle or generating a share card). Do not create or upload unlawful, infringing or objectionable content.
4. Purchases and Pro membership
Bottle Me is free to download. The Pro membership is a one-time purchase (prices and benefits as shown in the app and App Store) and is offered via in-app purchase on the Apple App Store, subject to Apple’s payment and refund policies. Except where required by law, completed purchases are generally non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
When using Co-Paint or sharing features you must not harass others, distribute inappropriate content, or attempt to break or disrupt the service. We may limit or suspend your access to features if you violate these terms.
6. Content policy and prohibited adult content
When using bottle generation or any other prompt-based feature, you must not submit prompts intended to produce sexual, pornographic, adult, sexually explicit or NSFW material, nor content that sexualizes minors, or that is violent, gory, hateful, harassing or otherwise unlawful. All generation prompts are screened by content moderation and violating requests are blocked. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate this policy and will cooperate with authorities where legally required.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app. Bottle Spirit content is for entertainment and self-reflection only and is not medical advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim arose (or zero if you made no payment).
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
