How to make your first Bottle Me record
Bottle Me lets you express feelings, interests and preferences as filled glass bottles. Each label is something you want to describe; its fill level is how much it fits you right now. There is no correct score and you do not need to fill every bottle.
Start with a theme you can answer
Choose an available template, or create a manual template with labels that matter to you. For a simple check-in, use three labels such as joy, calm and anticipation. A smaller set makes it easier to begin.
Smart template generation can suggest a theme and labels from your input. It is an online Pro feature; you can also create a template manually.
Give each label a fill level
Adjust the bottles to reflect your own answers. A low bottle can mean “a little”; a high bottle can mean “a lot.” Use the same interpretation when you return to the theme so you can compare your own records.
The website offers a short slider preview using captured app images. For the complete filling and free-drawing experience, use the app.
Save before you share
Keep the result as a personal record if you want to revisit it. A share poster is a separate way to show your filled bottles to someone else; check the image before sending it.
Personal records are local by default. Sharing, duo sessions and smart features involve online processing. Uninstalling the app or clearing local data can remove your saved records.
Return when something changes
Try the same theme after a busy day, a conversation or a quiet weekend. The point is to notice your own expression over time, rather than turn a bottle percentage into a clinical measure.
You can also use bottles for preferences, hobbies or lighthearted questions. Mood reflection is one use of the app, rather than a requirement.
